I really like old entrepreneurs like Henry Ford, Andrew Carnegie and JP Morgan. They were restless, had big dreams and were capable to work very hard with limited resources at their disposal.

For the modern ones, I admire the ones who created Whats App and then sold it to facebook because those guys made tons of cash in a very short period of time.

Just keep this far away from shenanigans like Zuckerberg or jobs please. unless you have a different definition of Entrepreneur.

Zuckerberg didn't invent, he stole. So did Gates. So did Jobs.

The real great people are people like Pasteur or Tesla (not bloody Edison!).

The story how the Rothschild family got the merit to become as rich as they are is really inspiring if you ask me.
If you are interested, you can google-search for it. For one particular good deed basically everything they touched turned into gold.
The moral of the story in my opinion is that it is quite small things that make the big changes in our lives.

I'd say Steve Jobs. The way he built Apple into one of the largest companies and had the foresight in creating some of the iconic products like the iphone set him apart from the rest of the entrepreneurs in my opinion.
