If Bitcoin becomes a kind of digital gold, not for small transactions, but as storage of value, the price can reach as high as $ 10,000 or more.

Bitcoiners don't want to admit it, but it's primary use has been exactly that for years now. No one is out there buying hundreds of thousands of $$$ in bitcoin just so they can have unlimited number of coffee purchases in the future.

It wouldn't even matter if transaction fees came back down to $0. People still won't be buying coffees and croissants with bitcoin. Too much work, easier to use fiat debit cards, esp. when the fiat purchasing value is falling virtually every day. Why would I want to waste my bitcoin on a cup of coffee when I have fiat?

Again, the community can be ridiculously disingenuous to what is actually happening with Bitcoin now and in the future.

If fees come down and cards like Tenx or Monaco pop off, then yes, people will very well be paying everything with Bitcoin. In fact, I will be making all of my next travel expenses via those cards since it's easier than loading up a prepaid fiat credit card in my country, where regular credit cards are never really used.

Don't forget to invest in a Trezor or something similar. There are so many people who have lost access to their coins due to a lack of foresight regarding security and storage. Those people are also contributing to an increase in price, since they lower the amount of Bitcoins in circulation.

Maybe a 4k dollars will be a good number quesions from the UN or strong countries who wants to take it down.

After sewit and bip91 preparations, I changed my mind and I started to expect over $15.000 for bitcoin price by 2020. The reason is we also have block decline in 2020.
