Ripple has working software, many coins just don't

I don't care if they helping banks. I still need my bankaccount. I don't see any differents in 5 years.
That's why I see a good future for Ripple.


Some comments I see:
- BTC is decentralized.. Why is one transaction still 20/40 USD? I think some big miners in China still controls BTC.
But I think it will be better in the future. Cheaper transaction and faster payments (if all miners accept this)

- I don't see BTC / ETH as a real payment. You don't know how much you can buy every day. One day you can buy a car for 20.000, one week after you can buy a car only for 12.000. I believe in the blockchain technology, and there have been some great projects like Ethereum, Tezos, Golem, Siacoin and many more..

- Banks don't use XRP.. NO this is not true! For a transaction you need XRP. It's not much but you need XRP for every transaction.

not selling led to a big -54% loss in your investment because we are that much lower from the top!

a logical move in the market is to sell on top and take the profit and if you still believe in it for whatever reason! you buy back at the bottom.
and it is a big mistake not to sell and just keep holding because you have high hopes!!

Boxxl, you are very correct and wise. It would be very foolish to sell XRP at this stage. Investors are accumulating XRP coins and some are trying to spook the exchanges with 'sell walls'. Don't fall for that stupid trick (eat the walls away and make them suffer). Ripple (XRP) should be seen as a longterm investment. Speculators hop in and out all the time for a quick buck. i think for investment in crypto currency, 10 years is too long to wait and we can be forget about the coins. i think its be better if we only invest in one years or two years, so we can still following the coins and the news from the dev and the teams. and if we can make big profit with the coins, then i think its will be the bonus for us to hold the coins for middle term.

But you don't know, whats the top or the bottom. Especially for new traders like me. I am holding XRP the last three month. Made +400% in BTC and +1000% in fiat.

Correct, you don't absolutely need XRP.

BUT... XRP is the cheapest and most efficient way to use the system. Ripple have said that they're happy with a level playing field, because they have so much faith that XRP is the best solution. And XRP has no counterparty risk.

Most of the crypto currencies are still in there early stages and selling them off now may be like throwing a child with a baby bath water. Ripple has done well lately and I will not advised you now to sell off because in future maybe short time from now ripple maybe sell above $1.
