Anyone know if I should use the same username and pass for 3 different rigs solo mining? or different usernames?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

First of all, don't do solo mining.  It will be completely noneffective with the currently difficulty.  If I were you, I would use 3 usernames, so you know hash rate for each.  Otherwise, it doesn't make a difference.
