I can't seem to get over 26.9. This is what I have right now

If that's with the stock Bios it's pretty good. You need to mod the memory timings in the Bios to get 29+ MH/s on ETH with the RX 480.

Can't I do it through watttool? Do you have the bios mod for my card?
