Worldwide is would be pretty easy.  You just need one, and that won't be hard to find, person with an MD and they can write electronic RX's.  Or, if they already have an RX, it is not hard at all.

I really don't understand how services like selling of pharmaceutical products will work considering the amount of regulations surrounding the industry and several government officials around every point of entry into the country. Aside that, the cost of shipping and the goods I am sure will be more expensive than buying locally.
