do they deliberately put mue withdraw under maintenance?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Too early to comment negatively or positively as of now. There is nothing account holders can do but pray for nothing bad happens when they are keeping money with third parties. Seems a broken blockchain problems. I guess yobit has nothing to do in that case. Yobit is a exchange, not a wallet, so there is always a risk.

It's December. And as of now it's "under maintanence". Does it mean it was not resolved till now or is it a new problem?
