New dev for old coin

Hi guys, me and other users are searching a new dev for CAPT. I think this coin can be great again. I'm offering 2000 CAPT to anyone can update the wallet and add nodes. Each CAPT is sold on yobit at 220 satoshi. Can anyone help us??
