But on institutional regulations the question is in what form do you really have in mind either way HODL.

I wasn't referring to regulations, but rather institutional ownership. What I mean is that Bitcoin would benefit from getting investments from large, professionally managed funds that control billions of dollars.

That being said, regulations would help too. If governments treated Bitcoin as a currency then I believe that would help it move towards becoming one.
