There is a 0% fee.

Miners configuration:

minerd --url http://ltc.coinmine.pl:8080 --userpass user.1:x

   - GPU:

cgminer.exe --scrypt -o http://ltc.coinmine.pl:8080 -u user.1 -p x

There is a special start-up bounty: first 10 block finders will be rewarded 1 LTC each! One user can receive prize only once.
10th block will be additionally rewarded with 10 LTC
