Please change your password within the Operating System next time. Changing it from the panel it is not working properly with some Operating Systems like Windows 2003.

Firstly, changed the OS to another version of windows as I couldn't install the recent version of python. Changed the password and of course, the password changing implementation is bugged.

Proceeded to submit a ticket, waited like 4 hours for a response which didn't help me at all. Ended up waiting 8 hours for the password to be changed.

On the the fresh install of windows, I was unable to access the internet for some reason, the only time i could use internet explorer is for bing. I couldn't even install Chrome.

So, I decided to reinstall to Ubuntu to see if that would fix the issue, and alas, the password issue happened again. Completely unable to login. Posted another ticket.

He responds again, telling me the IP of the VPS (which i already knew as it's in the CPanel, and I asked for the password to be changed to default, not for the IP) not helping at all, and I've just had to reply again stating that i need the password, not the IP.

I'm slightly disappointed as all I wanted to do is setup a music bot for my discord server, something which should be very simple to do on a VPS, yet it's took me 4 days to do so due to the fact of being so many bugs on the website and VPS' themselves.

The reason you had trouble with the server I think because you are new with it.
1. Your issue will be fixed if you are using latest version of Putty.  The recent version of linux distros in last year or so are using SSH2 that is why you were getting 'Connection Refused'
2. In the welcome email we have already mentioned that there is a slight problem with Windows Server 2003 because of the age of the Windows and the technology it uses. We also mentioned a fix which if you do follow it then it will be fixed. The other reason we have removed Windows Server 2003 from the order list is because of that.

the main part for me is i have the vps on that State and my IP belong to that State. it isnt important if your Dat-Cenetr located any where.
