So my transaction has been stuck for days now because idiot me forgot to change the fee.
Now if someone can confirm this transaction for me I'm paying you 0.001btc.

Do a child pay for parent transaction. Send the unconfirmed change with the right amount of fee for both stuck tx and the new tx.

viabtc.com can't help if your fee is too low. You can find some topic provide this kind of service in here. But don't forget to use escrow or only make a deal with trustfull people if you don't wanna be scamed )))
