Use https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx this site for fee. Don't just send blindly after seeing fee . Just check where is queue stuck and send fee just above that.

You can try to check it here https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ just scroll down and you'll see what's the current fee that you should use. And the chart / graph itself will you the delay on how many unconfirmed transactions are there for each range of fees. So mostly it's popular that people are paying 420 sats per byte.

I think you will get most answers on this site https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2109597-coinbase-pricing-fees-disclosures?b_id=13521 . But you must know that sending virtual currency from Coinbase to another wallet/ecxhange will have very variable fees. Idk which fee Coinbase choose (probably pretty high, so the transactions are quick) , but you have wallets where you can choose exact fee you want.

Coinbase varies from around BTC0.0009 to BTC0.0012 as far as my recent transactions there is concerned (for about almost a week now). That is a standard one I think and mostly transactions are being confirmed in 3 to 4 hours.

Yes I suggest also to use the site mentioned above to see the current fees: https://bitcoinfees.21.co if you think Coinbase fees were far from what it should be.
