I'm new to this forum and to the BTC world in general.
I just wanted to share my experience with xCoins.io website. I know that there has been a bit of ink used about this website, but I don't want anyone (else than me...) to be scam.

Short story:
 - On the 27th of May 2017 - I've created an account on the website, and send them the verifications picture (classic selfie with official documents)
 - On the same day, I've order a small amount of BTC as a first try (NEVER spend too much when you don't know the website...), see below the order:
https://i.imgur.com/UYUzHby.png
 - And from them, everything went sour...
 - First they told me that I haven't certified my account yet. So I resend them more verifications picture, TWICE!
 - 2 days after that, my money was received buy the "lender", as shown bellow: (please note that even if it's says refunded, it's actually still pending...)
https://i.imgur.com/SYjEHKE.png
 - And from there, I've been emailing him everything, again, and again, and again. They don't  seem to be reading the email anymore, I just received what looks to be automatic answer...
https://i.imgur.com/s0UIjqz.png
 - And now, no answer since my last email...

On top of warning people about this website, I am also seeking a bit of help, if anyone had to go through this before....
I'm really disappointed by myself, this website, and my first BTC experience...

Happy trading fellas, and buy your crypto on some random good-looking website...

Note: I'm note quite sure why my images won't show on the post, sorry for the inconvenience...

First I must say sorry from your first experience with bitcoin, its really recommended that you have to ask some questions to experienced people before doing some transactions online and mostly in cryptocurrencies. I just searched this website and look I saw them they have ANN thread here, so you can contact them on this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1575948.0 and it seems the OP is online, I dont think he is the owner or some representative of the site only.

Thank you very much for your answer.
I've actually went through this post the first time, but most of the comments are actually positive (most of 'em)....
If they don't even answer on their support website, they might avoid me as well on the sub... but I'll definitely give it a try, thanks.

Do so. If you keep at them, they just might deign to take a closer look at your issue. At the very least, anyone looking at their thread would see what's going on
and how their support is handling customer's problems. Include all details you have as well as a link to this thread.

You could also send a pm to    xcoins-io

*you won't be able to directly post images due to your newbie rank but the links work fine.

Thanks neochiny, I really appreciate you guys answers and support, really appreciated after felling so alone dealing with them!

I've just posted on the ANN sub they've got.
I'll DM them as soon as I have a bit of time.

Again, thanks again for the support bitcointalk users!

xCoins.io must be one of the worst ways crypto contacts fiat. Sending a PayPal transaction and calling it a "loan" doesn't make things any safer. I'd avoid the site completely, if you are willing to give them all that information, I'm sure there are better options around for you.

Thanks boldar, Yeah, again, I've started reading the ANN and that was looking alright, should have read more probably...
I was looking for a company would allow me to buy BTC using paypal, I guess, there is no such things...

If you want to but Bitcoin using Paypal maybe you can take a look in this board Currency Exchange - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0, You must read rules and guidelines first, and make sure you choose/trade with some trusted member or you will be scammed, or use always an escrow for the transaction,

Edited for testing***

Don't use this website, you won't get any profit! The only profit you will make is to make them richer and you poorer.

I don't see any profit on my Paypal account, my balance show $127 + $1.54 on my xCoins balance, where's my 15% profit?

You can take a look at my screenshots
