Another suggestion. Every pdf I download from any regular commercial site has a similar format. When it is opened the page is within the margins of the pdf viewer, like looking at a webpage. Your pdf file is different. It opens showing a tiny rectangle that only takes up a small fraction of the viewable space. So before a person can even look at your pdf pages they have to zoom and so on. Has an unprofessional tinge.
