I had the same experience as you have a couple months back, I got addicted to playing casino games online and had less sleep because the same thing as you did.. I got hooked up on how to regain the losses I had when playing. Tendency is, it really is not a good idea and good thing I turned to trading instead. If you want to make profits then a good suggestion would be altcoin trading, though it is risky too but you just have to read and learn about the coins and the rest will follow.

If you are gambling just for fun with no intention of making money it's cool.

Gambling for fun and losing should be taken as part of the amount you paid for your entertainment. If you consider it as a loss and start gambling again, it stops being fun and becomes an addiction.

If you are always sticking to gambling whenever you are getting bored is the best way to get addicted to it. Choose some forms of other leisure activities as well.

Playing once in a while for entertainment is alright. You can also play those games without using any money or coins. Just don't go in thinking it is a money making opportunity.

Just like what you said, it's good when you gamble just for fun. And always have a thought that you should not be greedy as it will give you a negative result. It's only good to play casino games when you have spare money or if you want you can play with play money if you just want to have fun and you want to secure your bitcoins.

yes in some country bitcoin is consider as illegal activity and that is very risky to visit an illegal casino and play gambling there, because there are always chance to be catch by the police and will put you in jail. If you are smart enough like me you know how to beat the greedy house, by only playing in a casino as long as you are winning and stop playing there if you are losing your first deposit, believe me that's more enjoyable than sticking with one casino and losing all the time no matter what.
And even when I win in a casino I immediately withdraw to another site and will start to play there and if I win there as well then I will come back and play again in the first casino. that is more fun for me at least.
