Gambling regularly wont be bad as well if you can control yourself to stay on your own limit and obviously time management is needed. Lets say my gambling budget per month is $300 so I can split it for 15$ for every 2 days. As long as I do not exceed my own limit then it wont be bad at all for me. Bad or not is not based on how regular you play, but how you manage your own limit IMO. Gambling occasionally but you lost too much above your limit is even worst than gambling regularly with money management.
