How many XRP are circulating?

If I understand correctly, this is the distribution of XRP:

Total amont of XRP:                         100 billion
Founders reserve:                             20 billion
OpenCoin funds for development:         30 billion
OpenCoin give away:                         50 billion

Now my questions are:
- How many of those 50 billion XRP have been already given away to the public? Is there any web tracking this number?
- Is OpenCoin selling some of their 30 billion XRP at the moment?

100,000,000,000 XRP / 21,000,000 BTC = 4762 XRP/BTC at equal market cap value.
Today 1 BTC = 6000 XRP.

OpenCoin has a lot of power in their hands to move the exchange rate. It requires a lot of trust in them to buy at this price even though it is in their interest to keep XRP value high.

That's a good question and I read an interview recently where the CEO said exactly how many were released so far.  I can't remember how much it was but you could google it and maybe find it.  I want to say around 18 million but I could be way off there.  I don't think it was a billion yet though.
