Pascalcoin seems like a pretty cool undervalued coin to me, only around 10m coins supply atm and still quite cheap at 1.10$ atm.

Intresting that Pascal Coin dont need lighting network and dont need full blockchain for node functioning like in btc. Doble spend solved crypto. Unique solutions for TX fee and scalability issue.  

Cheap coin I think. Can make x4 from current price *(35k satoshis)
