To be honest, i do not think ICO's are a valid collatearl.
You are looking for  a loan, with some ICO coin as a collateral which does not guarantee  a current price at all, which is important about collateral.
There must be some kind of buy support for the collateral to be valid, and at least 120% of the loan amount.

They are not ICO tokens. ICO has already finished and Kolions are like any normal tokens. They can be traded in DEX inside Waves lite client and on crypto exchanges.

Thanks for your recommendation. I could provide 120%+ collateral with Kolion tokens.

If all this is as what you portrayed, then I see no reason why you can't just go ahead in just redeeming it yourself except there is something you are not saying about it. The stress of getting an escrow and his fees and the back and forth agreement making would be avoided if only you can just trade what you have currently.

So you are buying trust by taking small loans then.

On Waves DEX currently there are only two buy orders for 39 Kolion altogether. The value of these two orders is 6.35 Waves. That's roughly 0.0127 BTC (at a rate of: 0.002 BTC\WAV). I'm afraid your 50 Kolion collateral not going to be very reassuring for any lenders.

Because I sold them ) Check Kolions / BTC. Could provide 100 Kolions as a collateral. No problem.

Can you link us reputable markets exchanging Kolions?
I have not found a one and even the http://kolionovo.com/ is down which is not a good mark.
So unless they have been on a reputable exchange, they are not worth of anything.

Sure:
1. DEX inside Wavesplatform wallet
1. Tidex

kolionovo.com turned off because Mikhail said that it was only for ICO reasons and now they are developing new one.

Buying trust is strictly forbidden. This will only get you negative trust. Want to clear your this statement? Also for lenders never leave a positive feedback for users who want to buy trust. They end up scamming people.
