You should watch Idiocracy.
I'm not sure if this really counts as Hollywood movie and maybe it's not the funniest movie.
Maybe it's a little bit sad...
It shows a possible future where the intelligent people concentrates on their jobs and so on, while stupid people getting more and more children.

White chick is still one of my favorite, thus it's time created which is 2014. How to be single and Rebel's movie. Why him? and James Franco movies, Jackie Chan is still on my list, Dreamwork's animation like shrek etc.

Depends what comedies you are into...

If you like silly, modern comedies I recently saw "Fist Fight", which was silly but pretty funny. But not very sophisticated. Some similar style comedies that I enjoyed were "Pineapple Express" and "Superbad", also "Sausage Party" was a lot of fun. (all the last three have the same group of actors)

If you want some more interesting comedies, I would recommend the Coen brothers, my favourites being "The Big Lebowski" and "The Hudsucker Proxy". Also try some films with Simon Pegg: "Shaun of the Dead" or "Hot Fuzz" are both great.

For some of the older classics, try "Trading Places", the "Airplane" series, or "Naked Gun" series (or anything with Leslie Nielson tbh, he was just hilarious). Also "Coming to America" is fun, and "The Producers" is great too.

If you fancy some old skool British style eccentricity, check out some Monty Python films: "The Life of Brian" or "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" are both genius.

If you fancy a mockumentary, my two favourites are "What we do in the Shadows" (Vampires living in New Zealand), and "Spinal Tap" (a classic about a ridiculous British rock band).

If you are looking for comedy movies that are family-friendly, then Grown Ups is the one for you; there is also a second movie of it. Other Adam Sandler movies are very funny for me

Today I watched one film, more precisely a cartoon film, called "Sausage Party" (2016). This is a story about how to live food and what they think in people. I have not watched such a vulgar film yet. But that nemesis was interesting to watch and a little bit even neighing.
