I have small amounts of Bitcoin from time to time, usually $40, that I would like to exchange for Paypal US dollar. I had a person I was doing this with but I was taking all the fees, but would like to find someone who would take them.  The Coinbase fee is $3 now, so asking a $3 discount . Please have positive feedback.
