CANT UPGRADE FOR 48 HOURS AFTER PACKAGE ACTIVATION - I WAS OFFERED UPGRADE PRE-ACTIVATION - GOT MY WELCOME EMAIL BUT NEED TO CONFIRM THIS SERVICE WAS GOOD AND NOT A SCAM.

Correct my friend the balances are one block behind. Its makes some sense I guess allows time to distribute funds depending on the shares. The pool uses PPLNS. I am not expert on the subject.I am sure google can give you more information but I think PPLNS gives you more ZEC over a long time period compared to PPS which has a static price per share. I am far from an expert but let google be your friend.

It's been one week now since I ordered. Still no working login data. And I haven't reached anyone from support in two days.
The last chat has been closed by the support before providing any help...

I doubt that I will ever get working login data.

I contacted support. They said when a low fee is paid using coin payments the ordering system times out after 1 hour and a username and password is not generated. They are working hard to fix all customer issues and will compensate all customers who have had issues.
They also told me they are taking on more support staff to handle support requests they have been extremely busy since zcash price went up as demand for services has been great. You can email directly to support@zcash-cloud.com instead of using the live chat service. Staff aim to handle all support emails within 24 hours.Support told me that at some points they have so many people on the live chat system that it crashes and the whole server needs rebooted.They have just repeated the fact that more staff are being taken on and everything will be fixed and made good.
I have been in contact with zcash cloud alot and they have offered me a moderator position on the new forum that will be open in the coming weeks  Grin

Well, they should think about not having payments timeout so soon. I have had a few payments in the near past, where payments didn't go through within 1 hour despite setting high transaction fees. Bitcoin is really operating at its limit right now...

I already sent two emails to support@zcash-cloud.com during the last week. Never got an answer there.
I left a message when the chat was offline about 14 hrs ago. Let's see if I get a response to that (should be the same as sending a mail to support@zcash-cloud.com).

Hi I can only assume that the emails go to more devices. I have found much better success using the email address. keep us updated .

The API system used for Average Bitcoin Price in our system changed problems of any kind with usernames is fixed. We will now begin the task of fixing the 5% of new accounts affected and contacting each customer in the next day.

I figure they are small scale (less than 1000 rigs) because top package is like 4000 sol/s unless you buy it more times . I think some cards do like 400 sol/s . you in theory that's like 2 whole mining rigs maybe depend on card type used ? Decent ROI  . Its good maths

I seen on the message board that everyone who had issues is getting offered cheap upgrade to the top package ! I wish my account had been fucked up lol.
