Had to help a customer who used two discounts codes. It say's on the FAQ only to use one discount code per order or there will be delay's in getting your account setup. Customer support was online and the customer has got his package all sorted. Let this be a warning NOT to use more than one code per order.

By now I finally got my login data... But the login data sent to me doesn't work for the mining dashboard. I already had a short chat with the support in which they insisted that the login data works. After entering the login details on the mining dashboard, I immediately get another login prompt and the login data is not being accepted.
I have got absolutely no clue what else I can do now!

I still can't log in. Since I git a new password by now, I might not have the correct user name.
@Raccoon14: I have not got any email from them by now. The only pieces of information I got from them were via chat. None of my emails have been answered by them... One question: How did you get your username?

There seems to be no standard expressions to the usernames. I will post an online demo of me logging in and using the dash board control panel. Support told me the abilty to mine zclassic will be available shortly.

Seen these login issues loads. Support always get them fixed. Some people even just copy out from the email and dont take the space away from the end of the username. http://zcash-cloud.com = A+++
