Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

First exchange rate matters. I mainly use cex.io exchange service. CEX.IO has been around for a very long time and has been giving service to a lot of people and i have never seen anybody complaining. Also i am looking for low withdraw fees. On cex.io 3.80 USD/EUR is the fee for withdrawals to Visa cards. So this service gives you best exchange rate for btc/usd pair and  there is low fee for every transaction/trade.

What do you mean "When choosing broker"? on my understanding in this matter broker is onky applies in Forex trading, not in crypto currency. Because in bitcoin world when it comes to trading here it doesn't necessary at all.

Op, if I understand you very well I think you are referring to exchangers platform to a broker in crytocurrency trading. If am right I think the major things I look for in choosing my current exchangers that has not failed me once is trust, customer care and availability. I was trading on one exchanger before but they site is always offline for maintenance. Poloniex that I am using now are always available for every trading opportunity.

Reliability and reasonable fees... not like Coinbase charging ridiculous fees and crashing whenever there is any volatility, preventing you from making trades.

The are many exchangers platform online that are doing very well. I always look for a good exchangers by following what others are saying about those exchangers platform on services section on this forum. Op a quick correction is in forex we do referred to trading platform providers brokers but in crypto currencies we refer to them as exchangers. Thank.

Before I choose any broker or exchange in buying cryptocurrencies I do research first about the company or site to see different feed backs of people and also I ask my friends on what they will suggest me to use in terms of buying and selling cryptocurrencies. I don't just register and use because I want to make sure that I have enough knowledge so I will not regret anything.
