Seems like there is not a one compiled yet  so in case you want to use it you'll need to compile the program if you want to use it. Seems like a really bad launch for me, when the dev has not even compiles any executables for the launch.

So users grind it out for 10,000 blocks just to get 10,000 coins then the reward increases drastically 10 fold

Seems like it would be a waste of electricity if that's the case.... It should work in the opposite direction instead, high reward to low or flat reward which gives early miners and regular miners incentive.
