I'm very curious on this project too. I always see their ICO countdown on blockfolio and their whitepaper looks interesting. I joined also in their slack and ask if they are planning to release a bounty program. But they seems not needed any advertisement.

Can we contribute now or not? I find the info on their web conflicting and confusing. It says contribution period starts in 390 blocks, but at the same time it says "The Contribution Period is now live and begun at Block Number 390390". Has anyone sent ETH to them and received SNT back?
Seems that nobody yet received anything - https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0x55d34b686aa8C04921397c5807DB9ECEdba00a4cIt should start on/after Block #3903900. The last block is 3903554. |

The last block is 3903554. i saw that the website says live and sent over my ETH and it was rejected. So a bit confusing. We're not at the block yet but they are saying it's live but transactions are being rejected. Typical start to these ICOs. |

Think it was probably a mistake putting a start time when it was block based. A lot of gas being wasted trying to send invalid transactions. Still over an hour before we'll get to block 3903900.

Everyone, wait til the countdown is at 0 on the site, or block 3903900 is reached before even attempting to send ETH.
Also, I really hope the failsafe hard cap doesn't come into play. I understand Status wants their token to be widely distributed for the purpose of their product, but from an investment standpoint I would prefer there not be 7 billion tokens.

Not all are pending. More than 6k got rejected already. So much waste of gas :-/ Yeah also wasted much gas. Everytime same story ^^. But now the page seems to show the correct remaining block count |

Very little remained . Will slow down and invest in the site too but I can't . poloniex also had the procedure done so far .

That is what everyone. should. do. 'It has started' means they have decided for a certain block as starting point and initiated all starting sequences, so to say. When the counter goes to 0, the starting block is reaches and the contributions are accepted. |
