Hello community! I mostly use Poloniex, but recently joined Bittrex. Sometimes I also use YoBit, as required. Prefer Poloniex because of huge volumes and nice interface.

The issue on hand you have to worry is the long verification time that is happening with all exchangers.
I will recommend that you use decentralised exchangers with no verification process for now.

In the past I used Localbitcoins, but today I used Coinbase for the first time.. As far as my experience goes, I have a valid passport and their verification system verified it in a few minutes, but it was a fuss getting the picture uploaded as their system wouldn't always send a text to my phone with the link, so I had to resend it a few times. Once account was verified, which was within 40 min of account creation, i was then able to purchase the coins right away using debit card, and had the coins confirmed in my Electrum light wallet, within about 5-10 minutes.
All in all, coinbase was acceptable for how fast i got things verified and sorted, but I did not like how they had an unchangeable sending fee.

It is a good subject to talk about and share our experince ..
So far I have used Poloniex.com , Cryptopia.co.nz , localbitcoin.com , poswallet.com ( but it is changing its changer status ) and bartermyfund.com ( it is very straightforward )
I have never had any problem with them. I would recommend all.

I started using Poloniex recently, but had a bad experience. Had a withdrawal that never made it to the wallet, it took forever for them to respond to me (my coins did come a day later). I probably won't use them again, but besides that, I guess they were OK. The Coinbase site doesn't work for me all the time I preferred not having to submit so much info to Coinbase, Poloniex was so much faster to start using.

Localbitcoins is my preferred exchange for buying/selling Bitcoins.
For altcoins, it's Poloniex and Kraken

Maybe in the beginning Coinbase was a good exchanger, but as I noticed all bitcoin and crypto currencies services began to change their politic and not all of that changes in a good side. From the most beginning I use YoBit. I like it, because of there is moment (i really didn't get why so) they allow no fee cashing out. I heard a lot about that fact that almost all wallets raised their transaction fees. But YoBit takes just 0.2% for the exchange and free cashing out. I am micro earner and in fact I pay very few there to get my money

Also, do they allow you to buy currency with a credit card without going through tons of verification? Sometimes it's nice to buy some currency and not have tons of hassle and delays.

No. Poloniex does not allow you to buy through credit card at all. It is a strictly altcoin only exchange. The closest thing you're going to get with poloniex in terms of fiat currency is USDT which is probably an altcoin in itself. I personally use Coinbase with my purchases because they usually have the best rates for credit cards and the process is instant. However if it's altcoins then i'm going with bittrex because they are the #1 altcoin exchange behind polo at the moment, and imo much better than polo actually. Whatever exchange you choose, ensure that it has a good reputation and don't store any sum of coins continuously on your exchange account. It is very likely that an exchange will go scam one day.

Can try using ABCC. It's easy to use and 0% commission. So it's worth a try!

I use CoinDeal cryptocurrency exchange . I think this is my favorite one. I encourage you to read some articles at their site or opinions. What I like the most is their contact with community, users can vote for new coin which should be available there. So, you can be a part of their activity. Also, some time ago they announced that they giveaway free tokens to their users.

Your country may be your worst enemy

Everything depends on your country of residence...
I would avoid Poloniex because of ongoing issues, and Coinbase which is too difficult to use. kraken and bitcoin.de are good.
