Hello

I wanna download electrum wallet windows installer from here:

https://electrum.org/#download

they provide "some proof of the fact that it is the original file and it hasntbeen tempered with"...

The proof is PGP SIGNATURE here:

https://download.electrum.org/2.8.3/electrum-2.8.3-setup.exe.asc

My question: What program should i download to be able to check if the signature is correct?
