Any Sort of punishment-tracking for the hacker ?

will there be any ?

at least scandalizing!

I mean even it is not fully legalized currency .. but hacking web sites does have some sort of punishment in modern laws.. does it ?

I would rather look at MtGox owners. They should take the losses, not rollback.

And refund the guy who lost 500k bitcoins. With a few million $.

They are breaking exchange laws with what they are doing now, they can be put in jail.

I think it's more a question of if they can roll back. If they can, they can, if they can't they can't.
