what's WRONG with Alexis78 CCMiner?

Have tried some compiled versions of alexis78, and have a problem - only few of my 6 gpu start.
Sometime after 1-2 minutes they all start, but sometimes they doesn't.

I use Miner control and this is a real problem when miners switches.

I see what a lot of people claim this problem, but no clear solution for this.
Maybe alexis78 will hear us and recommend a solution?
