Site is a blatant ripoff of another casino site... with some slightly altered graphics (mostly screencaps) and broken links...
How does this make the website a scam?
It doesn't, but it would at least warrant neutral trust and a warning about the site.
Signs:
-Clearly a script and the OP put almost no effort into creating the site
-Asking for investments and mentioning "up to 75% interest monthly" (very suspicious)
-Broken links
-He's shilling for it instead of promoting it normally
-Domain expires within a year
-Many actions unnecessarily need registration
-Pixelated
-Not provably fair
