Some times withdrawal fails and below page shows what's going on. Is there any guide which tells how to read this page and investigate why it failed? I don't currently have any problem but i want to learn how to do this in the future.

If a withdrawal failed, assuming that you are speaking about exchanges, It's very unlikely that you will see anything on the blockchain because the transaction won't even be created at that case. The blockchain only shows the transaction that has been made, and in that case, It's very easy to read you will see the amount involved in the transaction, the address of both the receiver and sender, you could check the transaction details such as fees etc. (which could help you sometimes If your transaction is stuck because of low fees).
