Asic Miner DVC Passthrough

DVC = Devcoin
BTC = Bitcoin

This offering is for units of a partnership to hold shares of  Asic Miner.  Each unit will represent 1/1000th of an underlying share.  This is in effect a Asic Miner Passthrough, but operating with DVC as the currency.  These shares may be held directly or a BTC based passthrough.  We will sell our units in DVC. Asic Miner pays out in BTC these BTC will be converted to DVC and in turn passed through to our stakeholders.   An administrative fee of X% may be charged for this service.  These payments will typically be made within a day or two of payment from the underlying assets, to allow us to space out the buy of DVC a bit to get a bit better exchange rates.   These payments will be done within two weeks of receipt of the underlying payment.  There are no voting rights as they are pass through shares.  More shares may be issued if we acquire more underlying backing shares.

A few Q's:
*What proportion of the total asic miner payout will those 2 shares (or 2 * 1000) represent?
*What's the projected payout per dividend, and what frequency? (if you’re not sure, do you know the projected underlying asic miner payout, and can extrapolate a 2 share proportion of that?)
*Although any more shares are issued from acquiring a greater underlying asic miner % holding, can we be sure there's no dilution on the underlying asic miner shareholder side?
*Following on from markm’s question; if they do start merge-mining wouldn’t that create either (1) a regular counteracting force selling DVC for BTC contrary to the buying (or does that happen anyway? I’m not sure how the process works), or (2) a net nothing effect in that you’d be buying the merge-mined DVC to prevent the sales, so not necessarily bidding up DVC on exchange (again, not clear about the merge-mining process/proportions)?
*What fee does cryptostock charge? Is that the 0.08%

Hello weisoq and many thanks for your questions.

Firstly I should mention that those these are the listed shares at the moment there will be more to come as we have lot more than 2 ASICMiner shares, but just testing to see if people are interested.

In direct answer to your questions..

1) 100% of the dividend paid out by ASICMiner Share will be converted to DVC at best exchange possible in few days of trade and then passed onto the holders of ASCMDVCPT.

2) Personally I do not know the exact divident expected payout but twobits has been studying that in more detail, but yes it woruld be the predicted ASICMiner share payout and then can be extrapolated for the current 2 shares on offer. Information on ASICMiner shares is listed in this thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99497.0

3) I will post proof (well twobit may as well) of the shares that are held and the dividends payout received by the ASICMiner stock, we will then post the exchange rate here we traded at and then the amount paid out al in this thread in the currently "reserved post" The aim is to keep this as open and transparent as possible to not confuse investors or leave any room for swindle or scam (had enough of those and need some proper investments IMO)

4)Markm's question was more of a moral standpoint on investment... should dvc be invested in a project that in essence is not supporting DVC by mining it on MM... Mining DVC producese 5000 coins per block and 45000 coins for share rewards so the MM of devcoins is not the threat of the DVC market being crashed... more threat from the writers on devtome cashing out and crashing the price.  But if MM supported by ASICMiner then the network would be seen as more secure.

5) Yes the 0.08% is the cryptostocks fee they charge to the buyer...edit: sorry actually that is a fee that twobit has put on the trades to reclaim the listing fee sorry.  twobits had to pay 2million dvc to list and is passing everything onto stockholders cryptostocks seem to be doing well out of this so far!! but over 300 shares sold already so get them while they are cheap

More shares will only be issued to represent more shares owned of ASICMiner so there will not be any devaluation of the current ASCMDVCPT shares, these will always represent 1/1000th of an ASICMiner share, so in answer to your question, more shares will be issued

There are some 500+ shares available to buy on the sell order book side.

you need to be on the "Trade" Tab at the top navigation.

Type in the ASCMDVCPT into the "Ticker" Box

and then you can see the orders people have placed to buy shares and those that are for sale

there are 5 shares available at 1,399.0000 dvc
