If you're into ICO news there are a few sites that aggregate them & are always pretty up to date. Here's one:

CoinDesk still does good reporting but they have more a general blockchain focus these days. Bitcoin.com is OK, has a fairly anarchist bent.

One new site is Bitsonline.com (disclaimer - I write for them so I'm biased). It's made up of people who used to write & edit for the two publications I mentioned above. Check it out:

Apps are my favorites. For News on Bitcoin or Crypto in general check out "Bitcoin Buzz Feed" on Playstore. On thesame Playstore search for  "ICOlert", you get notified on your phone when there is available ICO.
