It looks like people can't really do basic maths here and don't know the difference between marketcap, total supply and coin price. It also looks like people don't understand the value of a coin with a smart contract.

To cut the story short: ETH is not a scam, you can disagree with how they created their coin but they haven't lied or misled anyone about it in any way.

Excatly, ethereum is the most i've invested a lot and still holding it *IRON BALLZZ*. Ethereum have some many features to do having some contract in their allowing the investors to keep their tokens that get into their bounties/invested. Anyways this one jusy a FUD* LOL
Sure you need some iron balls to hold the coin still,i sold of most of mine when the price hit $12 the first time, then accumulated later after seeing the rally in the beginning of this year and sold off when it touched $150 and was holding a few more to sell on reaching $300 because i do not think this rally will continue like this, since this is a new market altogether i like to play it safe. @ OP one thing i am sure is that it is a centralized coin but not sure they are scamming purposefully because it is the way it is  Cheesy

From reddit,

Quote
sekaterina,

It all boils down: Ethereum is just an attack against Bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies).

Big banks - Federal Banks, those who actually control money, are afraid. Bitcoin and crypto is taking their power away from them.

Thats one of the reason we see these attacks constantly, even the alternative bitcoin clients etc. Ethereum is just a bit more sophisticated attack.

This is the trumping up stage for Ethereum, and when it inevitable crashes, banks will win. They will damage Bitcoin. Seriously.

Even if Ethereum does not crash after all these ponzies (Ethereum is a Ponzi of Ponzies), they win, by having such a hold over it. Vitalik is just a patsy. Ethereum's premine most likely was to get most Ethereum into the hands of the powers that be.

FIAT is perfect system for the banksters right now. They want to either destroy bitcoin or bring that same magnificent fraud to cryptocurrencies.

Just ask, why all of sudden big banks have regulators as their best friends. They are not even too shy about wanting to destroy bitcoin. They don't trump it, they don't advertise it, but they are not being too secretive about it neither.

Ethereum has been an amazing investment this year, but I do agree that the institution behind it is not trustworthy. Bitcoin should be and probably will always be the gold standard of cryptocurrencies.

Why compared the devs of Bitcoins and ETH. There is no determined limit on how many coins the owner can have and if bitcoin founder holds a small percentage, that was because he wanted more people to mine coins and trade them while all the coins are not yet mined. The limit is yet to be reached unlike ETH.

Only 20million eth is mined.

And 90% of these probably was mined by ethereum creators too, they can afford it with all this money. You don't allow outsiders to inflate your currency through uncontrolled mining if you want to do greatest scam in crypto history.

Yeah, I also don't trust ethereum dev, so yeah, i dump every single one I mine on a daily basis.

Later Edit:
Still hold a few to sell if the scam will grow bigger. Just don't accumulate them.

When one lie is so great and powerful it becomes undeniable truth.
Who can tell, explains to the rest of the world difference between centralization and decentralization, now when all are blinded with gain from ETH. Bitcoin as idea is much more than smart contracts and bussiness, but it seems nobody really cares. Undecided

Ethereum Enterprise Alliance is a smoke and mirror to hook more people into buying a premine scam that's only utility is for scammy ICOs right now.  All those companies are taking Ethereum code and re engineering it for themselves, on a separate chain.
