I don't agree with you. ETH has had some bumps in the near past but it's growing popular day by day. ETH value is also increasing and I love to use ETH every now and then. Apart from the scalability issues, I don't think ETH is even near to be a scam.

Ethereum is no way a scam. People would have found out long ago if it was. Eth is currently one of the top5 or even top3 cryptocurrencies today. Even though both are cryptocurrencies, it just doesn't work the same as bitcoin.

No, the company of ethereum is not a fraudulent scam. They are a legal company which have licnese to operate and recognize by the government in all operations they have.
