It is funny that many people says that ethreum is a fraudulent scam but it was not true.
The  ethreum is a legit company and have a license to operate so all transactions that they have are allowed and guided properly duly with our government, therefore nothing to worry about.

This is a philosophical question. First you have to figure out what a scam is. For the crypto world to say that Ethereum it is scam - this is the same as to say about cars - BMW is a scam.

Ethereum is no way a scam. People would have found out long ago if it was. Eth is currently one of the top5 or even top3 cryptocurrencies today. Even though both are cryptocurrencies, it just doesn't work the same as bitcoin.

I dong realy think that etherium is a scam as we can see now etherium is a top 3 coins in coinmarketcap if you are considering in etherium price now is low but thats not mean that etherium is scam. Etherium and almost all of the altcoins reacted to bitcoin price so if bitcoin price drop usualy altcoins drop too.

Well indeed this news has been a long time many people talk about ethereum and start to doubt it but I think it is only an assessment of some people who think Ethereum is a scam, but in fact Ethereum is currently a favorite of all investors and many use technology from ethereum with Ethereum erc20 system able to answer all the weaknesses of BItcoin, I then think that only ethereum is ready to replace BItcoin but it can not.

I have not read the article, but in the last 2 months the etherium has fallen in price 3 times. Today there are no prerequisites to expect it to rise. Maybe it's not a scam, but I can not name a good coin.

ETH has been next to bitcoin since then  , I do not see this as a scam coin as ETH is a very strong altcoin among the rest . By reading on your explanation for me it's normal that dev have their own ETH and won't surprised if it's big as that.
