In their new mail, coinsecure said that it is going to resume its service as usual. That means new deposits and withdrawals will be processed as fast as possible. Also, new KYC forms will be reviewed fast enough.

I miss those fast af coinsecure days. CS deposit used to be faster than card. Within one or two mins my deposit used to get verified!!

KYC is now open, facing issues while uploading the KYC document. I tried pdf & zip format with out success. Don't know what to do.
Easiest solution would be to mail it in from your Registered ID to support@coinsecure.in with the subject KYC Verification. New and upgraded KYC modules should be out within the next 2 weeks to support more formats, etc.. |

what happened? I filled all the details PAN No, Bank Details & etc. When I tried to upload my ID which was in pdf format, they was an error ( dont remember what the error was). I tried to upload the same in zip format without any success. |

I did an audit of our KYC data few days back and we are completely up to date.
The only ones I can see pending in really large numbers are the ones we have called and not been answered.
If anyone was missed in the last few waves, am sure it was cos of an unanswered call or something.
