It's interesting that you post a private key, although I'm sure that you know that this can result in theft. So from start everything is fishy and with your reputation... hmm..
But I'll post here, since I feel that's better to have it written.
A simple google search showed me what are the possible counterparty wallets: https://counterparty.io/counterparty-wallets/
Another search result (https://counterpartytalk.org/t/how-to-import-private-key-from-counterwallet-to-another-wallet/1740 ) tells that if you import the PK into a counterparty aware wallet you should get the tokens too.
I didn't try any of those, but if you really have tokens there, you should try them.
