Once I got verified on Mt Gox I got an email stating

We are pleased to inform you that the identification documentation you have submitted has been reviewed, and your account has been upgraded to "Verified" status.

If you would like to request a withdrawal limit increase (up to 10x your current daily limit, and up to 5x your current monthly limit), please reply back to this email with the below.

Wallet (BTC/USD/ETC):

New Daily Limit:

Wallet (USD/EUR/ETC):

New Monthly Limit:

What information do they want me to provide here?

Do I need to provide Wallet information etc? I'm a little confused as clearly what I want is the current limitations removed and increased to 10 times daily and 5 times monthly increases

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

They want you to specify the limit you want.  You may have reasons for wanting the limit to be lower than the maximum allowed by MtGox for a verified account.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

Ahhh, see why can't they just say that so I don't have to ask silly questions on this forum and waste peoples time Smiley

Thanks for the reply Repentance, much appreciated!
