Please do not know what to do I have 600 dollars in poloniex, what happened was that I was operating margin on altcoin BTS high on Friday 09 I opened a lucrative transaction closed, and so I was doing !! Only that in a certain operation the system borrowed in the lendin and did not execute the purchase staying as if it had hoped to beat the price to buy and in that it eats interest of the loan, then this my problem does not have that order in currency in one of the margim I have already seen all , And the loan every two days is being renewed and I can not find the order dung in the place to close I'm desperate seeing my money melt every day without being able to do anything. I opened a ticket in the support Friday and no answer, I see people on the internet with 1 month for the answer in the support, people if someone has some solution help me
