Shapeshift.io is holding my transaction

I've required a conversion by 12AM from 12th June, from 0.25BTC to 1.75ETH.

The ETH wallet is acessed through https://www.myetherwallet.com

13 hours and 67 confirmations later, the wallet is still with the same 1.208 ETH that was before. There was no change to it. It would have to be 2.95ETH.

I know the bitcoin network was slow yesterday, but it is stated on their website that they would provide a refund in case their timer expired.

I did provided a bitcoin address for a refund, but there was no refund. I had 1 bitcoin before and now have 0.7495BTC. It is unchanged for the past 13 hours.

Now, I want to known: is shapeshift.io a scam? Or is the myetherwallet.com which is defective?

Was the money converted or is shapeshift holding it? Why it didn't refund if the refund is said to be automatic?

I contacted the support five times already, they didnt answer.

They finally contacted me. I hope this matter can be settled.

The network is too slow, I can't trust to convert with that timer only allowing some minutes.

That's unacceptable. I've had trouble with Shapeshift as well  . Now I will only use FlippyCoin.com
