Hello, My Sent Bitcoin Transaction Has 0 Confirmations Still

I sent to the address 1KYVUmpRyDvVNw67YdHRSoVUcKNHF6m7bZ and it's stuck at 0 Confirmations for almost a day now. 

I've sent dozens of Bitcoin transactions in the past and never had an issue with stuck transactions. 

From the research I've done, Bitcoin Transactions have increased in cost recently and the fee Blockchain.info auto selected for me is too low (I've never changed the fee for a transaction before).  So I will definitely be manually selecting a higher fee next time.

From this forum, I've read that I can try to get my transaction confirmed via https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/, but I keep getting the message that "Submissions are beyond limit."

Can anyone help me get my transaction confirmed?
