Viacoin and Gridcoin speculation.

Both the coins seem good.

Viacoin recently released Viacoin Core 0.13 Beta with segwit(waiting for signaling).

Viacoin remaining milestones for the year 2017.
1.Hardware wallet support
2.Lightning network
3.Anon implementation.


Gridcoin has lot of milestones for June and July none of which is accomplished yet.

So, i see a decent development team and the price will go up soon. A huge potential for both the coins, what do you guys think? Planning to invest on them.

I've bought quite some VIA over the past few weeks. The dev is a very talented and devoted guy. I have no doubt that he will make VIA a top 50 coin. Segwit signalling is close and Romano said that the lightning network would follow very shortly afterwards.

Even Vitalik Buterin said he likes Viacoin. It has had steady growth, doubled in a month. An active developer. Only 22 million supply. Once it gets lightning network and segwit it could easily double again.  All any of these coins needs is actual markets where they are used to exchange for goods. Until then it is all just speculation. So it is just another useless coin among many, no matter how good the tech is until it's actually used for something it's worth only what speculators will pay for it.

VIA seems like a good long-term investment but don't expect to get rich overnight.
Dev is solid but one man project right now, so it may take a while to get going.
Buy the dips, HODL and in a year or two from now I expect big profits.
