What's the Best way to earn BTC for NewbieBTCBTC

Since your starting up in this industry much better if you used some faucet sites so that you can earn free money But don't expect to much since it is an easy job so expect low payments from it but it is a good start to have some capital to used on tradings and you should learn this also since in trading you can gain long term profits by doing some nasty trades on those thrend coins around.

No. Using faucets is more and more a wasted time. Also you can end up, if not careful enough (and newbies are not careful also because they don't know) you may end up with huge transaction fees for the small amount of money in your wallet.

There are many ways to earn Bitcoin. And since you are in the altcoin area...
- trade
- mine altcoins
- lend (e.g on Poloniex)
- invest in ICO (but very very very very very very very very careful with that)
- offer your services like translation, twitter/facebook campaings and, when your account will become older, maybe signature campaigns too.
- managing campaigns can be also a solution in a distant future
- selling goods, especially digital goods, is also an option

Also don't forget that Bitcoin is just something that holds value. So you can just work like almost everybody on this planet, buy Bitcoin and/or altcoins and wait for them to grow.

I see what you are trying to look is those usual newbie wants, a passive income without doing nothing. I want you to remove those thoughts because earning bitcoin is not like that. Don't ever believe in those shit investment wherein you will invest bitcoin and then just let it sleep.

Work for it like you work on how you will get a money. What's the way? Find a work that pays you in bitcoin. Explore the world even not asing too much from different people. There are already lots of articles, threads, suggestions on how to earn bitcoin. You just need to locate it and by being a spoonfeed.

Poloniex and Bittrex are 2 trading sites you can try. As one of the above post, you can earn some interests by lending bitcoin and some other coins in Poloniex. Do check out the sites before investing.
