I don't understand: there is a unique payout value of 0.015 BTC weekly regardless of the rank of each user?
I don't think is fair... a Legendary to be paid the same as a Senior (it is my opinion - no offense)

I dont think there is any problem about the rate as a matter of fact, this campaign is not the first with flat rate payment for the members from Sr. Member and above ranks.

I do not want to mention any name but there are 2 campaign that pays 0.0007 btc per post at flat rates, they are in bitcoin mixing industry ( Just a clue).
