use it and dont host nothing... the ip is already blacklisted. so better if you use any other service.

now it have an offer to buy sms credit to( from 75$ to 2500$ for 50k sms) clear a scam.why you make an offer for a limited
number of sms for 2500$ when you have unlimited with 1000$(still available 1000$-30days-unlimited).he have an test account
for sms and he will give you 5 sms to test it. after you pay you will get scam.he will report your mail and block it after
you make payment and he will get an positive feedback on btc payment geteway as result of automatic interpretation after
15 days(the link for feedback is in mail). you can see that have no comments on feedback, only 2 negative.
