Why my balance does not increase in bounty site when doing retweet 9 times.

The bounty portal only allows you to claim every 25 retweets and as of now AdEx twitter account only made 11.
So us bounty hunters must wait until AdEx made 25 tweets for us to make to 25 retweets too and claim it.

Is that mean the wings will be doing a calculation to the result of ico and the final result already included the fees from using the wings service? It looks good. But i will try to read more about this one. The team looks expert.
