Coming to your second part, I do not understand, which of my statements implied that I'm fighting for payments. You're not my employer. And we still do not know if this project will be successful in future or not. You do realize that ICO is only the first step? I asked a simple question and you have answered it. Thanks for answering it and letting us know that -

I decided to change because it was important to do so who were in middle to make 50 posts . I didn't said I am your employer also signature campaign is a job . It is a take it or leave it . Whole thing is upto you. I also don't know where I sounded like I am taking position as employer but if sounded that harsh in some way , I apologize for that. I didn't meant it nor I had any hard feeling against any of you trying to put a better solution.
Team weren't in making decisions like these but we alerted them about it. I have no problem to allow full bounty pool if teams wants to do it but ethically I won't do anything that makes both parties lose out or had an unfair deal.
I am open to hear suggestions . If anyone comes up with something , I will surely hear it out.
